YouGoNow campaigns are operated by YOU GO NOW, S.L., Spain, NIF B24962474. The organiser’s verified registered-office address, Commercial Registry details and contact information must be displayed with these Rules. By entering, you accept these Rules and the specific Campaign Schedule made available before your entry. Acceptance of these Rules is not, by itself, consent to promotional use of your personal data or image.
Participants must be at least 18 and meet the country and other eligibility requirements stated in the Campaign Schedule. Access to the website or app does not establish eligibility. Each paid entry costs €5. An entry gives a chance to win, not a guaranteed prize. Valid entries are recorded following verified payment confirmation. Any bonus entries, entry limits and payment cut-off arrangements must be stated in the Campaign Schedule. Participants must provide accurate information and must not manipulate the entry or draw process.
The winner chooses one of the three destinations listed for the campaign, for the winner and one companion. YouGoNow arranges and pays for the flights and hotel accommodation described in the Campaign Schedule. Meals, drinks, entertainment, excursions and other expenses outside those flights and hotel accommodation are not included. The Schedule must specify departure airport, flight and baggage arrangements, hotel and room standard, nights, and any transfers, taxes, visa or insurance costs payable by the travellers. No undisclosed charge may be imposed to claim the prize.
Travel dates are agreed with the winner within the booking and travel periods stated in the Campaign Schedule. Travellers must hold the documents and permissions required for their journey. Any restriction on destination availability, companion eligibility, prize transfer or cash alternatives must be disclosed before entry. The separate deadlines for claiming the prize, choosing a destination, booking and completing travel must be stated clearly.
The draw takes place at the end of the campaign month on the date, time and time zone published in the Campaign Schedule. The system selects the winning entry randomly from the final eligible entry list; the team does not choose a preferred winner. The live-stream arrangements and recording location must be published before the draw. Only non-identifying entry references will be displayed publicly. A streaming failure alone does not justify replacing a valid winner; any technical failure and resulting action must be recorded and explained.
The winner is contacted through the official channel stated in the Campaign Schedule. Eligibility and identity are checked privately before booking. The Schedule must state the response deadline, verification requirements and the procedure for an ineligible or unresponsive winner, including any replacement draw. The winner cannot authorise publicity on the companion’s behalf.
YouGoNow intends to create photographs, interviews, travel videos and promotional teasers featuring real winners and their companions. By accepting these Rules, participants acknowledge this intended activity. This acknowledgement does not itself authorise recording or advertising use.
Before any recording or promotional publication, YouGoNow will obtain separate, express and informed permission from each identifiable participant. The permission must specify the recording arrangements, the name or identifier to be published, image, voice and interview material covered, permitted editing, publication channels, paid advertising, territory, duration and whether any payment is offered. Permission for one purpose does not automatically cover other purposes.
Material must not be edited misleadingly, used to imply an unrelated endorsement or reveal private travel documents or contact details. The companion must give their own permission. Where processing relies on consent, it may be withdrawn through the contact method specified when consent is collected, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Withdrawal must be as easy as giving consent. Image-rights permission is also revocable under applicable law; the separate permission must explain this right and distinguish it from withdrawal of data-processing consent. Refusing or withdrawing optional publicity consent does not affect an otherwise valid entry or entitlement to the prize. The separate permission must explain how future use, material controlled by YouGoNow and requests to relevant recipients will be handled after withdrawal or revocation, without promising removal of every independent third-party copy. No withdrawal penalty or waiver of mandatory rights is created by these Rules.
Participants who were charged but cannot see their entries should contact Support with their order reference and should not pay again while the transaction is being checked. The Campaign Schedule must explain delayed payment confirmations, cancellation, postponement, refunds and complaint handling before entries open. A refund request does not itself confirm approval. These Rules do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Personal data is handled as explained in the Privacy Notice, including administration of entries, payment, verification, support and travel booking. Only data needed for each purpose should be collected and disclosed to relevant providers. Promotional permission and direct-marketing consent are separate from acceptance of these Rules. Private verification documents must not be shown in a live stream or public results list.
Before entries open, publish the campaign ID and Rules version; eligible countries; start and closing times; number of winners; prize specifications; all claim and travel deadlines; draw and replacement procedures; bonus-entry conditions; cancellation, refund and complaint arrangements; and official contact details. Preserve the Rules version accepted with each entry. Material changes must be explained and notified appropriately and must not retrospectively remove accrued or mandatory rights.
I expressly authorise YOU GO NOW, S.L., Spain, NIF B24962474, and production providers acting on its instructions, to photograph and record my image, voice, interviews and participation in agreed travel activities. Recording in private accommodation or other private settings requires my specific agreement.
I authorise the reproduction, editing, subtitling, translation and publication of this material to document genuine winner experiences and promote YouGoNow, within the period and territory specified above.
Permitted channels are YouGoNow’s website, Android and iOS apps, official social-media accounts, email campaigns and paid digital advertising, including teasers and campaign videos. Online material may be accessible internationally.
YouGoNow may select excerpts and combine them with music, graphics and other footage, but must not materially misrepresent my statements, imply an unrelated endorsement or portray me unlawfully or degradingly. Production and advertising providers may use the material only as necessary for these purposes. Unrelated resale is not authorised.
No appearance fee is payable except as expressly specified above. My independently created content is excluded unless separately licensed. This permission does not transfer ownership of my identity or waive my statutory rights. Production rights remain subject to the agreements with the relevant creators.
I have received the Privacy Notice explaining the controller, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention, international transfers and applicable rights. Where processing relies on consent, I may withdraw it through the company contact as easily as I gave it, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Permission concerning my image may also be revoked in accordance with applicable law.
Following withdrawal or revocation, YouGoNow will stop new uses that are no longer authorised and take appropriate steps regarding material under its control and relevant recipients, as required by law. Independently shared third-party copies may remain outside its control. Necessary legal records may be retained where lawfully justified. No automatic withdrawal penalty is imposed.
Refusing or withdrawing optional publicity permission does not remove an otherwise valid prize entitlement. I cannot give permission for another person. This form is for adults and does not authorise promotional recording of children.
